怎樣才能獲得Visibility?

進入這公司2年。工作由一個Senior Engineer (lead) 分配的。每次項目進展和匯報，都是這個Senior Engineer拿我的結果向各個組匯報。其他組的人都不知道是我在做這些項目。

因為Senior Engineer完全把我埋起來了，別人不知道我的PERFORMANCE和EFFORT，我年終REVIEW現在全是Senior Engineer說的算。

在這種情況下，怎樣才能獲得Visibility?
