請教短期換工作意見

If I am at the current company for only a couple months and for some un-expected reason , I want to change
Job, but I don't want any potential new employer know about this short history because ----- No matter how hard u explain, to them it's a negative thing like having a mean boss(does that mean you are hard to work with?) , or work load is crazy, no work-life balance etc. (they might think you are not hard-working enough). Can I still use my old resume which doesn't include this history and from resume it looked like I am still with my previous employer?
