yes it was him who hires me. But after the first incidence/conflict between us (see my posting) , I am pissed off by him. It took me a while to try to understand and get to know him and his personality , especially with series of things happening later . Eventually I could make connections as to  why he showed such huge anger towards me in the first incident. I did some configuration correctly and exactly what he asked me to do. But I notified company without explaing to him how exactly I did and worst of all, he didn't get a chance to annoucement this production change . So when his boss asked him about :" what is this email?" . He is speechless, simply because he is scared of his boss (executive director), he lacks of communication skill and technical skill to explain to his boss's question - "what is this email?"

I still do what he asked me to do on a daily basis but I don't show any flatter to him, he could sense it, I guess.
