look at my 變態老板 posting below, I found out most likely in small firm, it's more prone to encounter such boss. Mine is a small company also, managers take credit of whatever I did, monitor email I sent out and criticize me to show off he is superior than me...eventually when i am about to leave and resigned, it's just like a slap on his face, now he is trying to use whatever way he could think of and talk to HR , his goal is trying to deduct my unused - vacation - pay -out .

I've suffered from my boss for the past 9 months and feel 身體已大大受損 just like you do.


hug.....try to more aggresively look for new job is the only way out.....there is always a hope.
