換工作，遭遇瓶頸，請賜教

本人碼工，英語特濫，但在一小公司蹲了8年。
想換工作，太難了。
我現在是fulltime position ,工資太低， 沒有任何福利，好處天天沒事也無聊。
有人給我contract and hight pay.
是不是換尼?怕contract 之後在也找不到fulltime的工作。
還是堅決找fulltime的工作。或找一parttime的工作
怎麽能拿到onsite的interview?
