老革命遇到新問題？

以前麵試見的directors, VPs 跟我“過”簡曆，好準備，成功率高。
最近遇過一associated director, 問HR的BS - "what is your greatest accomplishment?"
怎麽答？畢業第一份工作之後就沒給人問過這問題。
