謝謝“瞎問瞎說”，“一級棒”（yijibang), manymore and philosophied 的回複。

1. 新公司比現在少幾百園，LD說要至少match.  沒提Bonus and 工資年增率， 上周五新公司manager iphone text我offer message，今天HR用Email發的offer？這正式嗎？

2. 提了H1 transfer, at will offer


有了這份offer，準備給現公司老印manager提綠卡事, at same time,

aske HR about this offer,
1. is it the official offer? or I have to wait for the offical offer letter? ask about increasing/matching salary base, ask the information about bonus and salary yearly increased rate etc
2. want to see benefit document, compare it with my current one
3. re-confirm-- information about the green card  in the new company, should be it in the offer letter?
4. ask the paper work or information about H1 transfer

我是想走，但本城市共交太差，要末租房，要末開車，LD強烈反對我接收目前的offer，一天路上至少4個小時。
