It's impossible for a regular company to have such arrangement as part of their HR or organizational procedures. It's simply not feasible. For one thing, who would be tasked to put criteria to identify those 尖專刻薄的人? Would those 尖專刻薄的人 know they had been identified as 尖專刻薄的人? No way. Don't believe in that.
