 Thank you! Appreciate your kind advise. I am the primary dba for this application, the india dba is offshore, just tell the environment, our company is outsourcing most of the it jobs. The india offore dba actually is coming in our site(canada), my name is specified in the email list by bussiness people, but the india offshore dba are first level, working for most of db task, because this problem continually happening 3 days, also my name is in the list, that's why i am assuming i should do something
