"以公司為家，不是自己的公司，要當成自己的公司來經營。要自己把自己當作公司裏有實無名的老板。"  You are not in the driver seat, how can you drive the process and control the company's development strategy/operation? You can think whoever you are, but you have no any big influence/impact on company's decision, you are not the final decision maker, period.
