a TED talk - no wonder it looks familiar

Thanks for sharing, which reminds me that I haven't got around to visit TED for a while.
The idea of non-verbals, or body language, being an important part of the communication just like the verbals is not hard to understand, what's hard is to change one's natural posture or gestures into something different so that they can be perceived as confident in public speaking.
