Just tell the truth, either way it shouldn't hurt you.
If you are actively interviewing with potential offers and decide to tell them, make sure it doesn't come out rubbing ppl the wrong way.
One other thing, if you are more interested in this job than any other pending offers, it won't hurt to let them know.
