background check

I submitted my background check form on 8/20 and the recruiter told me this Tuesday 8/27  that the only lacking part of my background check is my employment verification.


 


I haven’t heard back from the recruiter until now. So I wonder if I can contact the background check company directly to ask how it is going on? Thank you.
