I think this is a good idea.

Honestly: have job, have happiness; no job, no happiness(per your case, a lot of people want to stay at home happily).
So, just tell her:

1. I respect you, you are very capable, ,,,,,
2. I will follow all your instructions seriously
3. If I did or do anything wrong, please do not hesitate to correct,,,,,

All in all, show you want to work with her and in a smooth way.

If you are a supervisor, you want the same thing.

If you show weak, soft, then, normally, nobody will hurt 'weak' people any more; but if she still that bad, GOD will punish her. Do not waste any time any more.

But so far, I think maybe you show too strong unnecessarily. That`s unnecessary and not proper.

Take it easy.

I think, job, just a tool to make live, do not be too seriously. 

She lets you do what, u do it. Do not think too much. Then happily go home with money.

My hu*****and always teaches me(ha!): there is no who correct, who not correct, do not make too clear whoever correct. Even others not correct, why must 'de li bu rang ren'?
