Overall ....

1. I don't have to be bothered by more than 10 calls everyday, 2. Boosted the team morale, 3. Got my job done. With a lousy assistant, my impacted performance is judged by my supervisor and colleagues as well. I don't want to lose my reputation. It'd been 5 months after PIP was filed, she showed no improvement, even though she tried so hard, and me too. So I told her, this is not a right position for you. Go find a job that can utilize your strength. She agreed. My new assistant is very competent. I only give guidelines, and she takes care of everything very well. I feel my team has reached to a higher level.
