我們這裏IT怎麽幹活的就2，3個老印？load table from different sources。其他的白人technologist,analyst，雖然不是manager，但是都把活給老印幹，他們自己到處組織會議，跟這個那個談。最近走了一個老印，活都堆著等下一個新人來幹。好奇，別的地方也這樣嗎？
