飛快看了一下合同，好像是屬於Employment At-Will那種。這麽說來就是簽了也可以不去，或是即使去了，也可以馬上走人？沒辦法，誰叫這裏的雇主裁起員來也是毫無人情可言呢。

從Non-Solicitation Agreement看來的

Employment At-Will.  I understand that my employment with the Company is “at-will,” which means that either I or the Company may terminate it at any time with or without cause or notice; and that this Agreement does not create any express or implied obligation on the Company or any Client to continue my employment.
