What should I do?

I have been working on this position for two years, then they hired another Indian people last year. Three year ago, they told me I will work permonantly ( verberly). Now they told me there is no funding, possible have to stop my contract, even they renewed my contract for another year. Sounds like they will keep the Indian person.

I am not sure what I should do? Any suggestion?
