Is a 3'30" SAR too long?

interviewers will be senior managers and directors
It was about a $15 million project.  I was the product prime and the business owner.
I have done my best, however the Situation-Action-Results still takes 3'30".  It seems longer than what I was told at business school.

Any suggestions? Thanks.
