I don't think so. it is not up to legal level yet

he simply needs to let upper management know this happened and not just once. he needs to think of strategies how to talk with his managers. think about it from their end. Ask yourself a question: what can they (management) gain by taking this seriously? think from a personal angle, what managers can gain personally by helping your hu*****and. Frankly these credit issues are not a big deal for managers. All they want to see is something is done. By whom is not critical to them. How to make this critical to them is the key here.
