I can do a better than average work based on my former experience. However, I don't think I can ever meet his expectation.
For example, when he required me to finish a task within 1 hour. I asked the most senior person in another team how long he needs and the answer was probably 3 hours.
My boss told me his work requires the best out of the best, or the most intelligent people. This is a complete bullshit because I don't see anything my team performs better than other teams.
