Take an extended vacation.

You just need a change of scenery or context. Try something small such as a vaca before quitting the current job. Move to another team if all it is not getting along with your boss. Look to a new job before going back school or a career change.
You still have time to go after the life you want but start with a small change before going full in since you are approaching 30.
