going into commodities trading is not necessarily for the big mo

Most of the traders truly love it, and many of them are great at it. Money just comes with it, but one could tell they are truly passionate about finding the direction and basis arbitrage and such. I am not a commodities person, and I can't help but notice the difference of that crowd (compared to, say, securities traders). If you know you love the industry, then find another firm in the same industry. All you need to find is one firm that turns out to be a great fit for you.
