回複：Wait.... Performance evaluation

How many items in your review were "need improvement" and how many were "meet expectation"?  I think it is beneficial for you to sign the review, but the process also allows you to express your thoughts before signing the review. 

I remember that the review usually starts with employee's self assessment, what kind of assessment you gave yourself? you shold have listed plenty examples there to demonstrate your performance meeting or exceeding the expectation, otherwise, you just gave others the chance to attack.  If they said you need improvement, they better have good examples too and that is how you play the game.
