我好像辭職，工作環境太差了

在一個中國人的夫妻店工作，同事好像都是以前沒有正式工作過的，
沒有 structure
沒有 procedure
沒有分工，

老板是那種沒有原則和標準的人，如果你不吭聲，他就欺負你。如果你比他狠，他就妥協。
經常有人揚言要告他，令他多付錢
常常看到他欺負人和被人欺負，我覺得好嘔心。

這是我第一次在中國人的公司幹，也是最後一次。。。
