Thanks for you guys' reply. All are very helpful.

Today, I have sent email to HR manager about my official last day in office - that is this Friday (4/26/2013). 
After that, my tie with my current company is up to next Tuesday.

Will I not receive the bonus if it is paid out after this Friday since company policy asks the person must be actively employed at the time the bonus is paid out?

Also will I still have medical benefits after this Friday? As mentioned earlier, I will be using next Monday and Tuesday as my floating holiday (similar to vacation). After this Friday, will I be paid to next Tuesday so totally 4 days?
