"我實在沒辦法喜歡這個白女Manager" --- as far as I know, most employees don't like their managers;
"每年需要2-3次出差到亞洲" --- as far as I know, most employees in US companies don't like this kind of job. too much hassle; 
"我可能會成功，也可能會失敗。" --- this applies to every oppertunity;

Of course it all depends on your mindset & personality.
But 如果我是您(a young lady I suppose)，There is another option ==> Full time Mom. I'll consider to have 2 more kids.

one question:
You never mentioned your hu*****and & kids ?
