 找工作， 不通過 staffing agency. 如有的話，你們是怎麽file quarterly SS/Medicare/Medicaid/UI tax 的？

公司一般會雇 independent contractor 嗎？Would you work as an independent contractor or you prefer to go through staffing agency whether you are a "walk-on-water" type of 大俠 or a newbie?
