the compny's overall profit
the company's performance in stock market
the company's projection in the next couple of years (from view of the shareholders)
the company's planning in the next couple of years (budget)
inflation rate
the combination of above may decide roughtly how much money will be allocated for employees' binus.
within the company, different groups may be given different proportions of bonus money. within each group, individuals maybe given different level of bonus depending on his/her grade and performance, sometimes your personal relationship with your direct boss.
