現在手裏的OFFER可以告訴獵頭嗎?

申請了兩個工作.一個是直接向公司申請的,昨天拿到OFFER,不理想,我並不想接,還在考慮中.第二個是通過RECRUITER申請的,是我非常想去的工司,工資會比現有的OFFER高, 下周一麵試.我如果告訴了RECRUITER我手裏的OFFER會對我拿到第二個公司的OFFER有利嗎?如國RECRUITER問第一個公司的名字和SALARY,我應該講嗎?
