Going from 150k to 200k, it won't change your living standard/style much. What's more important to me is the job stability because of family but some people want to take up a bigger challenge to earn more fame.
But realistically, not many jobs out there at 150k come with an easy time, so I might as well take the 200k. :)
I once had the same conversation with my coworker, she picks 80k with an easy time than at 100k to be a team lead. It varies from person to person since this is purely based on ones perceived value and drive.
