To be honest, I don't know what I really want to be in the future, I have dedicated in technical area for a long time,from salary point of view, almost no room to raise if I am still in technical path, unless move to management path.

But I feel I am not good at deal with people, like the soft skill, I even didn't pay enough attention on English.
