一個offer的困惑

這是什麽意思？加班不給加班費？是好事還是壞事？也不是社麽特別職位（工程師）特別工資，比較困惑。

This position is considered Exempt for purposes of federal wage and hour law, which means that you will not be eligible for overtime pay for hours that are worked in excess of 40 in any given workweek. However, you will be eligible to participate in our Monthly Incentive Plan which pays a bonus for billable hours worked in excess of 40 hours in a given work week.
