We are searching for over 6 month in North East area. However, either they can not pass interview, or they cannot handle fast pace work and let go in 2-3 months.

Frustrating. :-( 

Also seems that when we found some good candidates, they usually don't like our fast pace job and prefer lay back position. But we are not government. :-) 

看來是兩難.
