老板問職員有關應聘者信息的時候該怎麽回答？

我一朋友剛遇到的情況，老板拿著他以前的一個同班同學的簡曆問他對這個人的印象。我這朋友告訴我他其實很不喜歡這個人，這人能力很一般，卻覺得老子天下第一，而且潛意識中有點性別歧視，總覺得很多事情女的做不好。

我朋友就告訴他老板和這人讀書的時候沒有很多接觸，不是很了解。想問問大家這種情況怎麽回答比較好？
