請大家支招如何對付人品差的老板

我和老板都是新招去的，比他稍早一點。他因專業背景有些偏差，總是在麵向用戶的 production 網站搞出些毛病，卻喜歡把屎盆子扣在別人頭上，不知道該如何應對這種人。即使在把事實跟他說明的時候。懇請過來人談談。
