謝謝大家的回複。 感到很受鼓舞。已告訴老公，take it easy and go ahead. I think this might be the best way. 隻是也如樓上有位朋友同樣的疑問“為什麽不讓告訴別人自己被雷了？”公司還要叫他簽字，說他是自己離開的，不是被公司雷掉的，才能換來這3個月的工資。實在是憋氣啊。如果去找公司同事for referal. 這怎麽說啊。幹的好好的，自己想離開？
