同是老實人，看見樓下老公被雷後的一點關於溝通的感想

1：其實被雷，不要患得患失，跳跳槽也挺好的，工資、眼界、能力、技術等都會往上漲。化悲痛為力量。

2：關於溝通，這是華人的通病，但是不要拿他說事，要積極麵對。工作，特別是技術性的，還是要有拿的出手的。喝咖啡套近乎不是主要解決辦法。

3：所以要積極去為所做的工作和老板，同事和客戶溝通，英語不好不怕，就怕不敢麵對，不敢張口。隻要堅持溝通的態度和做好工作的原則，沒有過不去的坎。

4：當然大多數老板、同事和客戶還是注重你的工作能力，解決問題的能力，這樣，技術見長的老中其實是已經占領了戰略製高點，這是喝再多咖啡也喝不出來的。

5：要自信，我們是智慧勤勞的中華民族那一小部分能夠出國並留美的一群。從比例上就把地球上90%的人比下去了，當然也包括周圍的老美、老印等等。

6：剩下的就是積極主動，有問題不回避，主動找問題，找到問題想法解決，不管是主觀（誤解，不和，人際關係等等）還是客觀（技術，能力，資源等等），都要主動和責任方和老板溝通。

7：我一直都喜歡和年輕人一起共事，就是因為要侵略性（aggressive）。人可以善良、溫和、老實，但是那是對人的優良品格，但是對你的工作和事業，要有野心和抱負，特別是男人，特備是麵對你的飯碗。
