美國工作簽證的問題，

剛申請了一個工作，收到email回複，說他們現在不sponsor visa，問我是否能在美國工作。我是加拿大公民，我還不知道我這個工作是否符合TN條件（我剛查了，在TN的list上）。現在問題是H-1B和TN有什麽區別？如果能夠拿到TN的話，以後是否對申請H-1B有限製？假設在同一公司做？假設再跳槽呢？
