I agree with you strongly that there is no perfect boss and we should not change the job just because we do not like the people we are working with. I like my work very much and want to stay, but do not know how to deal with the stress and frustration caused by the negative comments from my boss on a daily basis. I try not to take it personally because I know that he treats everybody in the same way. However, those people do not need to see him every day.
