其實我不是很明白為什麽老板為什麽需要搶自己下麵的人成果呢。不是應該本來就是他的嗎。

Team player should think : Every team member's performance belongs to the teamleader ! (I am a team player now and I think in this way )

team leader should think : my performance depends on everyone in the team .(when I become a leader one day , I will think this way )

曾經跟樓主有同樣的想法，以為自己可以超然。但當自己辛苦做出的成果被上司奪取作為升官的資本，而且為了奪取，找了個借口把我踢出原來的組，我發覺自己沒辦法平靜。調整心態，我努力過，但還是不行。
