1） a good team player must follow instruction

2) Teamwork is a basic concept needs to be accepted ,it is very very important in developed country ! We always have a subject which needs a group to work on during school time . And everyone in the group gets same mark.

3). How busy it is , only 24 hrs per day . And only 8 working hrs per day . Whose job does not make any difference . It is neither your nor his . It is the company's ! So just do whatever the higher management asked you to do and complete 8 hrs of working time .
Then ;

A) your boss is happy with you
B) your colleague is happy with you
C) you have no loss in $
D) you gain "relationship" with colleague and " loyalty" to the boss/company
