Yes, IT (ERP+supply chain)

Yes , there is not much overlap with the new guy. My expertise is ERP and supply chain applications. Good at business analytics, process and data.. I am not so worry the new guy can take over what I can do. I don't think my boss can easily find another person like me in the org.. However, since i work remotely and only have conf calls, so it's hard to get much chance to grow higher.. Well, lets wait and see. Thank you very much for your advice. Have a nice weekend there.
