中式英文的特征是什麽? 怎樣提高口語?

去開conference, 聽見中國人給的talk, his accent is intolerable which makes his good topic atrocious. 

為什麽很多中國人一說話, 就聽得出來是國人, 至少亞裔? 中式英文的特征是什麽?
