要被裁了，該咋辦？

下個星期公司要宣布裁人了。估計九成有我。現在的問題是：

1。被Layed off，我還要上班嗎？

2。會不會，給我幾個月時間找工作，同時還給我工資。如果這樣，會給我多久？
