Transfer pricing is very complex and subjective. You need to make sure the transactions are at arm's length and well documented. It's best to have agreements prior to any service provided or goods sold.

 

Just remember, you just need to say that transfer pricing are transactions with related party and all transactions need to be at arm's length. You will be fine.
