Well, easier said than done!

But then, that is probably why you are 知名度比較高, some sage preaching, and presumably practicing also, the nearly impossible.

For the rest of us mortals, we have to content ourselves with suffering the consequences of striking back while the revenge feels good.

That, of course, is not to say that we don't regret - as it happens all too often - not having the wisdom to resist the adrenaline-driven urge to score instant satisfaction by hitting back where hurt originates.
