要不要吃回頭草？

被公司炒魷魚3周後，公司HR又電話讓回去。我已經有了其他2公司的offer.待遇都差不多。我應該怎麽辦？回頭不回頭？如果回頭，工作我已經很熟悉，很容易應付。

想提長工資的要求？怕以後他們給我穿小鞋。各位高手請指點。。。。
