請問時薪（W-2)一般應比年薪(有benefits)多多少合理？

比如年薪10萬，employee，大概50刀每小時，包括保險等等各種基本福利。

同樣的contractor，沒有任何福利，時薪要多少刀每小時才合算？可以考慮其他因素。謝謝。
