how to negociate salary? your opinion please!

I got an offer orally. I have another on-site interview coming up in a couple of days, which has a higher title and potentially higher salary, not too much though. The one with oral offer has better career future and job security,and is more interesting, therefore I want to take the first one.

The question is to how to negociate salary.

1. Negociate w/ hiring manager right now

2. Wait until the result of the second interview comes out, then use it as leverage to negociate

3.if 2, how to keep current offer wait?
